I have had my air horn for over 3 years now and am still very happy with it. Over time I have had some problems with it but you have ALWAYS stood behind your product and taken care of it, for that I want to thank you very much.
I still get comments from time to time and hope my comments will help sell to others.

I am returning the trumpet assembly you sent me. As it turned out, my problem was the stabilizing bracket the trumpets attach to was loose. The two bolts attaching the bracket to the cylinder heads had vibrated loose and actually fell out.
Thanks for all your assistance. I tell folks that customer service is what makes you or breaks you as a company...and you guys have it! Needless to say I will recommend your product to anyone who asks my opinion.

Good Morning: A few weeks ago a relay went out on my horn and you so graciously sent a replacement. It worked great and fixed the problem. Thanks again. Now I need something else. Last night we were on a supper run and – the bottem trumpet fell off. It was quite noisy for a minute. I might have been able to save it, but a large suv ran over it before I could pick it off the highway.
My questions: Can I buy the bottom trumpet? Or, do you sell as a unit? In any event, I need to fix the problem. I guess that I have never tightened the nuts on the horn. I took a wooden dowel this morning and plugged up the hose so I have some noise now, but the looks are not correct with only one trumpet.
If you will send me my options and prices, I will order parts asap. Thanks.
Hello: I received the new assembly today in the mail… Thank you so very much. I am still amazed that you take such good care of your customers. Your policies are at the top!!!! I know of no other vendor who does what you folks do. Please feel to use me as a reference if you ever have occasion. I have told everyone that I see about my amazement! It is nice to see someone stand by their product. BUT, IT WAS NOT YOUR FAULT NOR WAS THE PRODUCT BAD. I have a little guilty feeling about not being charged. Anyway, thanks again… Tirey Patterson
